Very good tyre
Excellent handling
Outstanding tyres
I drive a Kia Stinger GTS rear wheel drive with 370bhp. With the stock tyres (Continental Sport Contact 5P) I would regularly loose traction when putting my foot down, especially when exiting a roundabout, the rear end would fish tail a bit even in the dry. Now I have a full set of MPS4S tyres on what a difference it has made. There is no loss of traction now even in the wet. The levels of grip these tyres provide will blow your mind. Handling is also massively improved, steering is so precise and for such a heavy car there is no understeer even at fast speeds in corners the car just turns in so well. Stop wasting time and just buy them, you won't have any regrets.
Mercedes AMG Owners Rejoice!!
I bought a new AMG 43 Wagon 9 months ago. It was fitted with Contisport tyres. In car parks during tight turns it had a terrible juddering tyre skipping problem which felt like hitting a pothole particularly bad on wet roads but also in the dry. The Contisport were chopped out at 10,000 klm After months of arguing with Mercedes who claimed that this was quite normal for bad tyre wear and wheel skipping I found a You tube video from a guy in the UK who reckoned he had solved the problem by replacing the Tyres with Michelin Pilot 4 I have recently changed the front 2 Tyres with Michelin Pilot 4 S XL The problem has completely vanished !! And as a bonus they give a better ride I am amazed I can’t believe that Mercedes doesn’t just move to Michelin and fix this for their customers Time will tell if they give better mileage but the guy in the UK has already got 20,000 out of his so I am confident they will deliver AMG owners change to Michelin and spread the word !!
4s pilot
This Tyre absolutely magnificent a little pricy but excellent all round Tyre and very quiet on the road
Not even 7k and front two down to 3.5 and 3mm
I am a careful driver, and the car is the 2nd car. I bought 4 PS4s. The front two are down to 3.5 and 3mm in a year. Back two 6.5 and 6. Car has wheels aligned 2 twice a year and pressures checked every 2nd fill up. Feel ripped off.
Exceptional upgrade, braking, cornering wet and dry weather
I fitted PS4s tyres to my Holden Motorsport edition, massive change in the characteristics of the car. Holds the line in cornering with ease, saved the life of a dog with better braking. No other tyre comes even close As with any tyre of this price range, I get wheel alignment checks and adjustment to maintain tyre wear every 10,000kms
Michelin pilot tires aren't just for motorcycles!
Still in their 🥲😙😙.." phase but I love the feel and gas mileage the pilot 4s brings.
Changed from Pirelli P Zero
My car was originally fitted with Pirelli P Zero. Many owners changed over to Michelin Pilot 4 S - which I subsequently did. This is a great tire. Priced at a premium though. Silent and comfortable. Glad I made the change and even at Tiger Wheel, it was commented that these 4S' are excellent tires
Don’t bother with any other brand
I got 25k out of a set of Pilot Super Sports and 30k from a set of Pilot Sport 4S, nothing else compares
Changed my GLC43 for the better!
Recently fitted Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV, replacing factory fit Dunlop Sport Maxx (terrible tyre). What a difference. Quieter, smoother, better traction, better handling. With the front alignment now sorted as well (try finding someone that knows how to setup the front end on an AMG GLC43, almost impossible), it feels like a totally different car, so much better.
