I am highly dissatisfied with the service. Even after calling many times, Suresh has not taken any responsibility to pick up the car. This level of negligence is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the service quality. Customers should not have to follow up repeatedly for something as basic as a pickup that was already promised. Such behavior shows a lack of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Immediate action is needed to address this issue and ensure such lapses do not happen again.
