Visted for tyre change. Changed to Continental UC6 profile 205/55 R 16. They gave best price and service was good. Since I went on Sunday crowd was there but still my work got completed neatly.

Extremely worst experience and totally unacceptable service.
I visited this shop for tyre replacement and alignment checking .
When I returned to ask about this issue, the staff behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. Instead of addressing the concern, they started shouting and their behaviour was intimidating. This is completely unacceptable in any customer service environment.
The don't have anysense how to attend the customer and who want to prioritise all are equal but the treating like very cheap and worst so I recommend don't go this shop
You loose your self respect.
Use of demeaning and indecent words during argument and shouting in front of others in the street
There was zero customer respect, no accountability. This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

Terribly disappointed with their services. I bought 4 brand new Ceat tyres from them a few months back. I told them multiple times to check alignment after they fitted my wheels. They refused to do so stating that I had got it done just a few months back . Now my new front tyres are completely damaged because they were just lazy to check. They had taken 4 of my old tyres as well and we have no idea what they have been doing with that as well. It’s quite impossible for the tyres to get damaged so quickly as it’s hardly been a few months. I have feeling , they are probably selling used tyres. I would tell everyone to be cautious and check thoroughly before buying from them. Probably would complete avoid as there are more trustworthy tyre dealers nearby.

Prices are very low compared to other shops in the area.
Parking place available in front of the shop.
Installation was quick and smooth, with proper balancing and alignment.
No hidden charges – everything was explained clearly before the purchase.
The quality of both the wheels and tyres is excellent.
Highly recommend this shop if you want value for money and variety.
Will definitely visit again for future needs.

Very worst ppl , they don’t know how to respect customers. If you have self respect and a luxury car/suv. Never go there. They will talk like you are their worker. Very horrible attitude, you will loose the excitement of choosing your tire. Autodrome in my opinion gives good respect and best quality and best price. I usually get it done there. Came to Lal because of my friend.. Never ever going back. Don’t go there if you have self respect.
