Never Coming Here Again
I will never come back to BM Lal Brothers.
The team is clearly in a hurry to sell and push customers out, rather than diagnose issues properly or handle vehicles with care. The skill level of the technicians has become shockingly poor, and there is no attention to detail or responsibility for mistakes.
What should have been a simple puncture check turned into repeated damage to wheel nuts, hours of waiting, and complete frustration. Instead of fixing their errors, the staff tried to shift blame to the vehicle, which is completely unacceptable.
This place has lost the professionalism it once had. For anyone who values their time, money, and car—especially premium vehicles—avoid this shop.

Dropped in today to get new set of alloys for my i20. Purchased Advantec alloys with some Michelin rubber. Was glad to see they have all crazy collections which are latest and trending in the market. Prakash uncle, Hitesh and Kunal where very polite and understanding giving the best advice. Even the staff was very enthusiastic and helpful to show different designs and finishes by fitting them on the vehicle. Good price, great quality products, perfect fitting with wheel alignment and balancing done. Overall satisfied beyond expectations. Will definitely recommend. Only advice I would give is know what design you want before going there and probably choose the shade on spot after seeing in person, which will make things simple for you and them too, as they have a very big collection. Kudos to team BM LAL 👍

This place was over hyped by all my frnds so i wanted to visit this place. They change wheels from steel to alloy and make many customisation. We wanted to change our cars alloy wheel so we asked for some options to choose. They took us to the 2nd floor which was flooded with alloy wheels . Very impressive and they do have many collection. If you don’t have the crct inches of a design they will order it and will be delivered in week. You have to bargain here badly, they will reduce amt so don’t accept the offer in the beginning try to negotiate the final price. Neo type is cheap and plain is costly(ikyk). They route to reach the place is congested and confusing in recent times. Kindly call the shop for route.

My friend referred this shop… visited to replace new tyer . They reduced 100 rupee Price , but added a charge rupees 1200 for wheel balancing …... No other shops changing for wheel balancing… be aware... Shop owner son will speak too much unwanted… near by small genuine shops are ther. Pls don’t refer your friends… wheel alinement charge not mention in bill ..

One stop shop for all the tire needs!
i went to replace my bike tires, they had a good knowledge on the products, specific, purpose, etc.
The staff was patient enough to explain and walk us through the options and suggestions to choose and they made sure that fit and finish is perfect to go!
