Sidewall tear in my front tyre
I bought a set of (4) Primacy 4 ST 235/50R-18 97W a month ago and in less than 200 km my front tyre got a side wall tear which is very distressing and I haven’t face any accidents . There is not even a scratch on my new innova crysta but the tyre got sidewall tear. I tried to contact the customer service and very disappointed that no call was returned. I contacted the dealer and his reply was hopeless and he said is helpless.
Disappointed with dealer
With in 1 yr of purchase ,tyre was likely to burst went to dealer punjab tyre,no cognigence from him,but in city like akola,no option so purchased new Michelin tyre but was disappointed with the dealers attitude
Worst Service
I have Purchased a set of 4 tyres at the reading of vehicle 57000 and now the vehicle has run only 6000kms but there is a problem with the tyre and when i approached the dealer he has raised a request and the claim Number is CLTL2009210502 and for the same issue i have not received a proper response and the company says that its not company defect so let me know what to do with the case

Excellent tyres, got a good mileage
Excellent tyres. Having good road grip and control. Noiseless and given a good mileage of 80000 kms. Also comfortable and car use to give good diesel mileage too. Now I changed old tyres Michelin Primacy3 st and placed new 4 Michelin Primacy 4 st.
Exceptional
I'm owning a Volkswagen Polo, and my aloy size is 16. I was searching for a tyre for my car that would perform well in braking and longitivity. Some experts told me that Michelin tyres are the best and i didn't believed it, because there are better more companies than michelin, like jk tyre , appolo, mrf,etc. But i got a chance to drive my friends ford figo, which was having michelin tyres and the car has a run of 40000 km. I was shocked and surprised to know that still the tyre is reliable and there is no tyre noise at all. I have installed michelin primacy 4 rather than considering any other brand or even yokohoma performance tyres. I must say that no other tyre will give you the safety, comfort, and longitivity than michelin tyres, it's an exceptional tyre and from my personal experience i will advice you that you should go for it.

I have driven around 3L Kms with Bridestone, MRF, Ceat, JK, Apollo tyres etc. But recently i changed to Michelin tyres as i always had read great review. After driving these tyres for 20 K Kms, I salute to these tyres for their excellent comfort, grip, reduced road noise, better braking, more high speed confidence, better hill driving. Infact you will realize that you are driving all new version of your car with upgraded suspension and comfort. Dear Michelin & Team, i am going to fit michelin tyres to all other cars in my family because these tyres are ABOVE ALL...! Keep your quality and customer service to the best levels...... Will not go wrong with a Michelin
Bought these tyres after reading about all the great reviews online, I was quite skeptical about its performance and traction at first but once I drove it while it was raining, you can feel so much difference and much more confidence in taking corners safely. My previous tyres were continental contisport contacts and Michelin are the winners here for me.
