Primacy 4 tyres

Reviewed by Siya - May 30, 2023 for a purchase of December 18, 2021

I have been using these tyres over ten years my car came with continental tyres but they were wearing very fast in my car now that I'm using Michelin tyres I'm not even scared of the bad roads because I know I'm safe with Michelin, I will recommend it for anyone who wants best quality tyres and safe tyres for your family. Don't compromise your safety because of price.

Jury is still out on....

Reviewed by Graham - March 10, 2023 for a purchase of June 23, 2020

2008 Peugeot 407 Coupe 2.7HDi. I eventually replaced the Primacy 3's that were on the car when I purchased it. I got about 20000km over 18months and was generally happy with them, then I went for Primacy 4's. I am not by any standard a hard driver and the car is used casually (I'm retired) and I have no complaints about the grip and wear so far. My only complaint is the noise.....on anything but the newest, smoothest surfaces they are really noisy. It was evident from the outset so at the courtesy 3mth check I mentioned this to the tyre retailer (well known...son of a former Australian race car driver) rand he said that these "were known for the quietness..." Well, not on my car apparently! Often, on motorways, I turn the radio off because I can't hear it over the drone of the tyres. I'm not likely to trust Primacy 4's next time around.
