Despite reading reviews about how they change the costing after the work is completed, I still took a chance which turned out to be very disappointing and true to those reviews.
When I reached the store, they agreed to change all four tyres of my car at a cost of ₹9,000 each (initially quoted ₹9,400-Michelin 195/55 R16), which was supposed to include wheel alignment, balancing, valves, and replacement.
However, as soon as they started changing the tyres, they refused to provide the valves, saying that since they had reduced the price from ₹9,400 to ₹9,000, the valves were no longer included. This was surprising because they had clearly agreed to include them at the time of negotiation.
Initially, they showed me tyres with a manufacturing date of 3424, and I agreed to proceed. But while the tyres were being replaced, one of the salespeople distracted me by showing accessories. When I came back outside, I noticed that the tyres being installed had a manufacturing date of 2124 instead. When I asked the manager about this, he ignored me and refused to even look in my direction. He was very polite until I agreed to proceed with the tyre change, but after that, his attitude became rude and unresponsive.
After the tyre change, they took my car for wheel alignment and balancing. The technician doing the balancing seemed unaware that this service was already included in the ₹9,000 cost. At first, he said one tyre needed balancing, but once he realized I wouldn’t be paying extra, he suddenly claimed that everything was perfect and no balancing was needed.
Overall, I felt cheated.
Not recommended for newcomers—especially if you’re getting your tyres changed for the first time. If you try this place, you’re likely to be overcharged and misled.
