MIPL is focused on developing industry skills in youth to be ready future industry expansion and adopt to technology. Further Michelin is focused on skill development of drivers while providing knowledge on tire maintenance, repair and service with the idea of reducing road accidents.
MIPL partnered with Automotive Skill Development council (ASDC ) for skilling up drivers with tire safety knowledge with strong partnership with Institute of Driver training and Research ( IDTR). Further Our Employees did a workshop to impart knowledge on tire safety , repair and maintenance focused driver safety.
First convocation ceremony was held for 1st batch of light motor vehicle and heavy motor vehicle drivers who obtained licenses.
