I recently got new tyres for my car from this shop. They told me wheel alignment and balancing would be complimentary. On the day of installation, they only did balancing, no alignment. After a week, I noticed my steering had become hard, so I went back when buying tyres for my scooter and mentioned the issue. They admitted they hadn’t done the alignment earlier and asked me to bring my car again.
When I took my car back, they did the alignment but then they were asking me ₹400, claiming they had already done it a week ago—which they hadn’t. Won’t recommend anyone to buy from here due to poor honesty, bad attitude, and lack of customer care.
