I recently visited Madhus Tyre Centre for a tyre puncture issue and also because my car was pulling towards the left, so I opted for wheel alignment as well.
From the moment I arrived, the first impression itself was excellent. The welcome was warm and professional. The work quality, technician behavior, and overall professionalism were absolutely top-notch. The machinery calibration and precision used for wheel alignment is on another level.
Honestly, this is the first time I’ve experienced such high standards of service in India. I am from Hyderabad, and despite visiting reputed places like Ashok Wheels (which also use Hunter machines), I have never felt this level of care, accuracy, and professionalism there.
Everything at Madhus felt systematic, transparent, and customer-focused.
My only disappointment is that there is no Madhus Tyre Centre branch in Hyderabad. I sincerely request the Madhus team to consider opening one in Hyderabad—it would set a new benchmark for tyre and wheel alignment services there.
Whenever possible, I will definitely choose Madhus again.
Highly recommended to anyone who values precision, professionalism, and premium service.

one place solution for all two and four wheeler requirements. Tyre replacement, tyre balance and wheel alignment etc. price is reasonable also you feel like you are visiting a good place which is having the best waiting room. Some times need appointment as there is lot of waiting period. Approx tyre change will take 2 hours only when slot is available, otherwise waiting time go more than 3 hours.

On 13-2-25, I visited Madhu's Tyre Centre, Wilson Garden with my 1946 MG TC car. I had just collected the tyres for this vintage car from the customs and needed to quickly have them fitted, as I was to go on a long distance drive. The staff at Madhu's were quick, efficient and they did a marvelous job at fitting the tyres. This is outside their normal scope of work, but they took care to fit the new tyres and even did the proper balancing and alignment using old school techniques of adjustment. They are absolutely fantastic in their work culture and customer care. I wish them well. Within 1 day of their fitting the tyres, I went on a journey of 2000 plus kms in this car. Even one year after my journey the tyres are perfectly balanced and aligned.

Good service and great experience! The outlet has latest equipment and trained staff. They assist properly for the issues we experience in vehicles. Also, they have a nice customer lounge, probably the first I have seen in such workshops. We'll maintained, decorated, and good amenities are there. Also, they sell few consumable products.

Assad has done an amazing job on my vehicle. He went out of his way to ensure all the parts are fitted properly to ensure no hindrance occurs post service. Glad with the service provided. :)
