Got new tyres fixed for my Grand i10 Nios. Service is quite professional & quick. But wheel alignment was done only for front wheels, which I think is not sufficient.

I changed my car tyres here about a week ago, and I must say the service has been excellent. The staff explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right tyres, and the pricing was very fair.
After observing the performance for a week, I felt it was worth sharing this review. Great service, honest pricing, and quality work. Highly recommended 👍

Changed Grand i10 tyres . Good especially wheel alignment , wheel balancing and also tyres change . Overall good garage

Went for wheel alignment and balancing here and it made my car worse.
1. Balancing machine is useless. Workers do not balance until ZERO and ignore if it is still 10 or 20 out of balance.
2. One of my wheel was done until 10 and asked them to do it again until zero when they kept the wheel again it shows 40 out of balance. Even the boys were shocked to see it. This is because balancing machine is not working or the workers don’t know how to use it.
3. Alignment is not done until the expected ranges are met and they simply ignore even if it is out of range.
4. My wheels started making new noises after I went there.
5. You won’t get the alignment print out unless you ask for it.
Huge waste of time and money.
I had to immediately go to another workshop to redo balancing and alignment again. Never going back again!!

Please don't buy tyres here. They might sell your own tyres back to you. Had a very bad experience.
I only found out after a year that the dealer cheated by installing 2018 manufactured tyres in October 2024.
When I was planning to sell my car, I shared the tyre invoice with the skinny representative and he decoded that the tyre model was from 2018 and they were used tyres that were cleaned up before installing. We just can't trust anyone nowadays. Definitely not this store.
