Chatbot purpose Michelin chatbot is a new generation of chatbots using Generative Artificial Intelligence to help users find information about Michelin tyres and services.

(“Michelin”) as the Data Controller for the purpose of assisting you with queries on our website. Data submitted to chatbot, is used to progressively develop and train the chatbot. A copy of your conversation with the chatbot is retained for 1 year following the end of your conversation. After this time, we will automatically delete your conversation.
