Chatbot purpose Michelin chatbot is a new generation of chatbots using Generative Artificial Intelligence to help users find information about Michelin tyres and services.

A copy of your conversation with the chatbot is retained for 1 year following the end of your conversation. After this time, we will automatically delete your conversation.
