1. “Wheel of Fortune Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “programme”) – Lucky Draw is brought to you by Michelin India Tyres Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “organizer”).

2. Programme is valid in India from June 6, 2011 to July 31, 2011 (both dates inclusive). Participation is optional.

3. To become eligible for participation in the programme you need to buy one Michelin bike tyre within the said duration of the program.

4. No purchases before June 6, 2011 will be held eligible for the participation.

5. NO ENTRY FEE CHARGED for participation in the Programme.

6. Programme is open to all Indian residents except employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies.

7. Programme is not valid for retailer/distributors of the Organizer’s products.

8. In order to participate in the Programme the participant can SMS at 8800 334 334.

9. In order to participate in the Programme the participant is required to SMS the details in below format:

<Dealer's Name><space><Last 3 digits of Bill Number>

10. Any entries received from any other medium except as specified in point no. 8 above shall be automatically rejected without any further notice to the participant.

11. Only the first entry received from a particular mobile number will be eligible for the lucky draw, all subsequent entries from the same mobile number will be automatically disqualified.

12. If the same Dealer Name and Last four digits of Bill Number combination is received from more than one mobile number, only the entry from the first mobile number will be considered eligible for the lucky draw.

13. Normal SMS charges will be applicable for every entry to be borne by participant.

14. The participant can win the following prizes during the Programme Period:

14.1. Assured Gift:

14.1.1. Michelin Keychain shall be given with every purchase

14.2. Weekly prizes:

14.2.1. Biker Gloves - 1000 qty.

14.2.2. Biker Jackets - 400 qty.

14.2.3. Studds Marshall Helmet - 248 qty.

14.2.4. SONY Digicam W320 - 5 qty.

14.3. Grand Prizes

14.3.1. SONY BX300 LCD - 2 qty.

14.3.2. Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS - 1 qty.

15. The winner will be decided by a draw to be held using randomizer software. The draw will be done automatically by the software without any human intervention.

16. In the time frame between selection of a winner by random draw uptil completion of the verification process (detailed in point no 17 below), a winner will be referred to as a ‘claimant’.

17. Organizer will contact the winner at the mobile number from which the participatory SMS was sent (maximum of three attempts on call, within a period of three hours), to verify the claim before redeeming the prize. In the event that the winner is untraceable after the period of 3 hours, the Organizer will be free to take out a new claimant.

18. Award of prizes is subject to the verification by phone call/physical verification of documents & proof of purchase. A claimant will be required to furnish details including, but not limited to, their complete name, address, phone number along with bill details & dealers name and any other information/details as may be asked by the call centre executive, along with certain documentation. Failure to comply with the verification procedure will lead to forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate claimant. Required documentation is as follows:

18.1. For Gloves, Jackets, Helmets: Valid proof of purchase

18.2. For Digicam: Valid proof of purchase

18.3. For LCD: Valid proof of purchase, government issued identity document, PAN Card or Form 60, in lieu of

18.4. For Bike: Valid proof of purchase, government issued identity document, motorcycle driving license, PAN Card or Form 60, in lieu of

19. Post verification, Prizes will be couriered to the Winners. Delay in receipt of prizes due to any reason including but not limited to force majeure, logistical problems shall not have any claim against Organizer. Organizer shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the winner undertakes not to claim any compensation from Organizer for the same.

20. The Prizes for every week will be announced 10 days after the close of receipt of participation entries for that particular week. The winner names, city and masked mobile number will be put up on the website of the Organizer.

21. This Prize can not be exchanged for cash.

22. The participant, to be eligible for any of the above mentioned prizes, should be above 18 years of age.

23. Transfer of prize:

23.1. In the case of the LCD, Digicam, Helmet, Jacket and Gloves, if a claimant is below the age of 18 years, he/she is allowed to nominate a blood relative above the age of 18 years, to receive the prize. In case a claimant is unable to do so, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate claimant will be selected.

23.2. In the case of the Bike, the claimant himself/herself must be over the age of 18 years to receive the bike. In case the claimant is not over 18 years, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate claimant will be selected.

24. One participant can win only any one prize from the Weekly Prizes category and/or only one prize from the Grand Prizes category.

25. Organizer shall not be liable for any complaints regarding the quality of the prizes. The manufacturers’ warranty shall be applicable to the prizes and the Organizer gives no warranty or guarantee for the prizes.

26. All Winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by the Organizer and complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

27. Winners agree that the Organizer has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Programme and that all decisions of the Organizer are final and binding.

28. Organizer does not guarantee delivery of SMS and is not responsible in case the entries do not reach the specified number due to any reason, including network problems.

29. The prizes are personal to the Winners and are not transferable (except as specified in point no. 22 above) and cannot be sold under any circumstances.

30. Winners will be notified by phone and/or SMS notification. Notification of the Winners status must be kept confidential until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer or the Winners prize will be forfeited.

31. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Winners will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the Prizes.

32. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Programme at its sole and absolute discretion.

33. Organizer reserves the right to change or modify the prizes at its sole and absolute discretion.

34. The pictures of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/website/ packs etc. are only representative and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions.

35. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss of prize due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the winner.

36. Incomplete entries (without Dealer’s name & Invoice Number) will not be considered for the prize.

37. Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Programme or due to participation by any person in the Programme.

38. Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.

39. All disputes relating to this Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.

40. For the delivery of prizes organizers will require a minimum 2 weeks of time from the declaration of winner for all categories of prizes.
